Kitchen Theatre Company
  Mrs. Mannerly
Mrs. Mannerly

July 4 - 22, 2012

Mrs. Mannerly has been the despotic ruler of her etiquette class for decades, and no one has ever gotten a perfect score on the final examination. It's a cutthroat world of folding napkins, learning to waltz and knowing the precise introduction to use at any occasion.

Enter hyper-competitive ten-year-old Jeffrey, hellbent on being the first to get 100%. Get ready to laugh out loud!

Directed by: Margarett Perry
With: Karl Gregory* and Elizabeth Meadows Rouse*

Risley Theatre

AWITC's cast of eighteen walks us through the last day of a current museum show highlighting three artists. The audience will observe an eclectic cast of characters travel through the installation space, an exhibition of modern art at its most flamboyant and provocative. Each character looks at the same art and experiences it completely differently; what does art mean to its makers, what does it convey to collectors, curators, aficionados, browsers, wanderers, and the security guards that watch over it?

Directed by David Kossack.
